The quality of this is above reproach. Prior studies required 500mg dose to achieve the same results as 50mg. Started out with 100mg but found the results to be too effective in regards to sleep and relaxation ( lethargy). Even a half dose resulted in 2+hours of sustainable deep sleep in the test subject.
My only gripe is the liquid itself. Big fan of sour apple, however the bottle I received the liquid is more like syrup and the smell is very acidic and bitter. No where near comparison to the original sour apple that was ordered a month ago. Not sure if the change was on purpose or if something is off.
